POSITION: (Service Manager) Senior Bike Shop Mechanic

Wheelies Bicycle of Medford, NJ is looking for a Service Manager to oversee our high volume Bicycle, Electric Bike and Electric Scooter Service and Repair Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling of service work on a timely manner to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Coordinate labor and parts needed for service work
• Responsible for quality of service work performed by department
• Provide estimates of customers service needs
• Oversee assembly and quality control of new products for resale
• Implement and develop operational procedures and standards
• Provide technical support for special events and assist sales and management staff when needed
• Suggest and implement recommendations for improvements of operations and profitability
• Services Manages or Bike Shop experience required
• Must be well organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to complete tasks within specified time and work in a fast pace environment.
• Have full knowledge of all aspects of bicycles and good computer skills and understanding.
• Hold a valid and in good standing driver’s license
Compensation based on performance and skills upon completion of 30 day training and trial period

Driver needed for Bicycle Shop Pick Up and Delivery Service:

Wheelies Mobile Bicycle Repair is looking for an experienced driver for pick up and delivery and some light on-site bicycle repairs. Must have good customer service skills, bicycle maintenance skills, and be able to work independently in a professional manner. A clean driving record and background check is required.

Bicycle Mechanic:

Wheelies Bicycle is looking for experienced full and part time bicycle technicians. Must have pride in the quality of their work and like to work independently. A clean driving record and background check is required. Previous bicycle shop experience required. Starting rate based on experience and performance.

Scooter Mechanic:

Wheelies Mobile Bicycle Repair is looking for experienced full and part time Scooter Technicians. A clean driving record and background check is required. Previous bicycle shop experience required. Must have pride in the quality of their work and like to work independently. Starting rate based on experience and performance.
