Monday loop ride leisurely and "no-drop,"  6pm  Freeride Bike Shop 8 Kings Hwy E, Haddonfield 20 +/- miles on a route that features a lot of bike lane and even some bike paths (but admittedly a few trafficky spots also), all in Camden County. PEPPY LEGS RIDE  CLASS B+/A   6:00 p.m.  Lenape High School 28 miles. 20-21 mph 1st half of the course is a warm up, not to exceed 21 mph. 2nd half is more interval training with a sprint finish thru the golf course; regroup before Kettle Run.
We pick up the pace on Kettle, (25+ mph) another sprint finish and regroup at light on RT. 70. A cool down pace back to Lenape

OLD SUPER G BREAKAWAY RIDE  CLASS B  6:00 p.m.  Shop Rite Union Mill Road & Elbow Lane, Mt. Laurel 28.5 miles. 18-20 mph – Steady cruising B pace line, not to exceed 20 mph. Once we get to the home stretch and turn onto Church Rd, anyone one who wants to break-away, is welcome, with a sprint finish at the bridge. Pie-a-la-Mode Ride B+ 9:00 AM St. Peter's Church, Medford 9 A.M. 50 miles. 18-20 mph cruising pace. MOST Friday mornings, weather permitting, a ride to the Red Barn for Pie a la Mode. Meet at St. Peter's Church, Hartford and Taunton Rds, Medford. (Group Lead)

Keswick Cycle Sat A-/B+ 8 AM Sharp Keswick Cycle, Cherry Hill 40 +/- miles - he 40 mile ride will be a A-/B+ pace that heads southeast and loops back around ending at the shop. This is an unsupported ride. You should carry with you at least one tube and a pump or CO2. A helmet is mandatory and food and water are highly recommended. SAY HELLO TO THE HORSES RIDE  CLASS D  9:30 a.m.  Laurel Acres Park  20 miles-pace l0-12 mph-strictly held. From out of the days of yesteryear and retirement comes Kolman for a special, maybe one-time-only lead to celebrate the birthday of the USA. We will say hi to all the horses and the other OCSJ riders. There will be one brief rest stop. You can be sure the pace will be held and we will be back at the same time as everyone else for the festivities. 4th of July RIVER RIDE #1  Class C   8 30 am  Laurel Acres Park - 35 miles- ( The oldest continuous OCSJ ride started and maintained by Don V with a little support from Art at times) A repeat of a ride I have done over the last 25 years. We will ride up the river through the river towns. Some might have a parade, but in any event it will be a great ride. HAPPY BIRTHDAY USA! we will look out for each other and ride about 13 mph. We may cross other OCSJ rides but all expect to be back at the same time. This is not one of Don's adventures but a friendly Don's outing. Ira's Famous Chester County Ramble  C+/B 8:00 AM  LOWER LOT of the Valley Forge Park Welcome Center  ~14 mph avg, about 60 miles) ride through scenic Northern Chester Co. (and a hint of Berks) Cue Sheets WILL be provided. There will be 2 stops, moderately hilly ride (over 5,000' of rolling climbs) but is not a killer hill ride (except if you only ride in So. Jersey). Regroup at the top of most climbs unless you want to take your cue sheets and sprint to the next rest stop.
